Hi all
Summer is here in more ways than one, and for Bromsgrove PS that means that our Tuesday evening outings start in earnest. This week we will be meeting at Droitwich – look out for more details from Mike Norton following shortly. These evenings are a great time to get new ideas from other members. It is also a chance to meet socially whilst still following all relevant covid requirements.
Many thanks to Colin for organising the presentation from Bruce Hammersley last week. Not only did we see some excellent images, it was also a good demonstration as to how setting ourselves a project can stimulate and improve our photography.
Yesterday, twenty or so of us had an excellent visit to Stourport for photography including canals, street photography, a funfair for deliberate blur and ICM and indoor work in the amusement arcade. This took quite a few of us out of our comfort zones as we had to look for images in circumstances that we don’t normally encounter. Tony Gervis organised the event – ably assisted by his wife Linda – and deserves our thanks and congratulations for such a good day.
