To say that last week’s New Year Quiz on Zoom was a success would be an understatement. A lot of fun and laughter, questions to challenge the grey matter and a couple of contentious decisions along the way. Congratulations to Team “True Story” for their excellent success.
This week, we will return to Avoncroft for our Print Knockout Competition. Colin has already sent out detailed information to you, so please bring along up to three prints on the night (mounting is optional) and good luck with your entries.
Regarding Covid, the government appears to have made the decision that the pandemic is something that we will have to live with, and further restrictions seem very unlikely. Bromsgrove PS intend to carry on with our meetings at Avoncroft under the current circumstances, but we do ask that you continue to take steps to minimise the transmission of infection. We will still request the wearing of masks within the hall during the current Omicron surge. We would also ask that you perform a lateral flow test on a Tuesday if you are attending. I realise that the supply of lateral flow tests has been unreliable recently, but please do one if they are available.
