Talking of competitions .. this Tuesday is the first PDI competition at 8pm
Do come along even if you haven’t entered ,it is a great way to learn what the judges are looking for and to see work from other members. I am looking forward to an enjoyable evening with our judge Aleks Gjika EFIAP DPAGB.
The early session on Tuesday is Paul Smith demonstrating mounting a print and answering any questions you may have .
Yesterday I went along to Avoncroft Museum for their medieval event ,I can thoroughly recommend it ,its on again today although the weather doesn’t look as promising. Look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday .
Don’t forget trip to Liverpool October 7th by train , and for all members if you wish an eye to be cast over your image by some experienced members and some positive feedback ,then do join the Critique Group .A very useful resource now we are in to the competition season .Just ask David Jellie if interested or chat to one of the committee on club night .
